That Thing You Pull When You Want To Stop (TTYPWYWTS) is an Independent Improv Team based out of Chicago, IL.
They were put together through iO's New Team Smell program in August of 2024. After their run of shows, they continued on as a group performing all over the city of Chicago and at festivals throughout the United States.
They have a monthly show at The Bughouse called "The Bus-Tacular" where they do a different Death Defying Feat of Long Form Improv every month.
They went 2-0 at Funderdome at Clash on Clark, and are the still current champions due to Clash on Clark being shut down before they were able to lose a show.
They went 0-1 in iO's Cagematch, losing to 22 Improv.
Their current lineup is: Drake Fitzsimmons, Colton Alstatt, Irvin Hubler, Nika Lofton, Liz Vibbert, Mitchell Mulkey, and Mackenzie Wright.
